One website for every part of a Japan trip: tours, attraction tickets, day trips, transport, SIM/eSIM/WiFi, and visa services, alongside promotions and a Japan Guide for first-time visitors. The site can also be installed as a progressive web app (PWA).
Built as a Bun monorepo: an Elysia API with Drizzle and PostgreSQL, a Next.js App Router frontend, and shared Zod schemas used on both sides. JWT authentication with Argon2 hashing and an admin panel support product management. Deployed to a VPS through GitHub Releases, with release directories and automatic rollback.
